What do I do if I forgot the password to my Tiger-Rock Events account?

Select the SIGN IN link to access the login screen. Next, select the Lost your password? link. Enter your username or email address and click the RESET PASSWORD button. A link to reset your password be emailed to the email address associated with your Tiger-Rock Events account.

My tickets were lost, stolen or damaged.

If your Tiger-Rock Events tickets were lost, stolen or damaged, please call Tiger-Rock Events Customer Service at (913) 725-0777. Please have your order information ready before calling.

Do you offer refunds on Events tickets?

Currently, Tiger-Rock Events does not offer refunds on Events tickets. If you have any other questions regarding refunds, please call Tiger-Rock Events Customer Service at (913) 725-0777.

I ordered the wrong tickets, may I exchange my tickets?

Tiger-Rock Events may allow you to exchange your tickets if the tickets that you want to purchase are of the same price or higher for that particular event. If you have any other questions regarding exchanges, please call Tiger-Rock Events Customer Service at (913) 725-0777.

May I transfer my tickets to another attendee?
